These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and the operator of TradeShot ("we", "our", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the TradeShot mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TradeShot is a mobile application that allows tradespeople to generate AI-powered visualisations of finished work from photos of a customer's existing space. The Service also provides tools for managing jobs, quotes, customer details, and a project gallery.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for use by professional tradespeople and businesses. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
All paid subscriptions to the Service are sold and managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. When you subscribe, you are entering into a transaction directly with Apple, governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store and within the app at the point of purchase. Pricing may vary by region and is shown in your local currency. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing cycles, with reasonable notice provided through the app or by email.
If a free trial is offered at the time of subscription, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period through your Apple ID settings.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal at the then-current price within 24 hours of the period ending.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
To ensure fair use and protect the Service from abuse, we may apply reasonable limits on the number of AI visualisations generated per account per billing period. Current limits are displayed in the app. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.
AI-generated images are visualisations only.
Images produced by TradeShot are AI-generated approximations based on the photo and prompt you provide. They are intended to help illustrate possible outcomes for discussion and presentation purposes. They are not technical drawings, structural plans, contractual specifications, or guarantees of the finished work. Actual results will differ — sometimes significantly — based on materials, site conditions, building regulations, and the work performed.

We strongly recommend including a clear disclaimer alongside any AI-generated image you share with your own customers, explaining that it is an approximation for illustrative purposes only.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, without refund.
You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit those photos solely for the purpose of operating the Service — including sending them to our AI processor (fal.ai) to generate visualisations.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party AI provider terms, you own the AI-generated images produced from your inputs and may use them in the course of your trade business (e.g. quotes, customer presentations, social media). You are responsible for ensuring such use complies with applicable law.
Images saved or shared from the app may include a "Visualised with TradeShot AI" watermark. This is part of the Service's branding and helps customers understand the image is an AI visualisation.
The TradeShot name, logo, app design, source code, and all related materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' own terms, where applicable. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of any third-party service.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid us (or to Apple in respect of the Service) in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability; or (b) One Hundred Pounds Sterling (£100).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or losses arising from disputes between you and your own customers, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) any AI-generated image you share with a third party; or (d) any contract or dispute between you and your own customers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
