Take a photo of your customer's existing space (kitchen, bathroom, garden, exterior — anywhere you'll be doing work), describe the job in a sentence or two, and TradeShot's AI generates a realistic visualisation of the finished result in about 30 seconds.
You can save the result, share it with your customer, edit the prompt to fine-tune, or generate again from scratch.
TradeShot is designed for renovation and improvement work where the visual result matters to the customer — kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, landscaping, decorating, flooring, exterior work. It's less useful for invisible work (plumbing repairs, electrical rewiring, etc.) although you can still use it for project management.
TradeShot is currently iOS only and requires iOS 15 or later. An Android version is on the roadmap.

AI generation isn't perfect. You have two options:
Don't expect pixel-perfect accuracy — these are visualisations to help discussion, not technical drawings.
Yes. You own the AI-generated images produced from your photos and prompts, and you can use them in quotes, customer presentations, on your website, and on social media. See our Terms of Use for full details.
We do recommend including a brief disclaimer alongside any image you share with customers — something like "AI visualisation for illustration only. Final result may vary."
The "Visualised with TradeShot AI" watermark appears on saved and shared images and is part of the Service's branding. It's not currently possible to remove it. If you have feedback on this, email us — we're listening.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:
You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
All refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the TradeShot purchase, and tap "Request a Refund". Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
We can't process refunds directly — Apple is the merchant of record for all subscriptions.
New users get a 7-day free trial of TradeShot. You won't be charged until the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings.

If it's still not working, email us with your Apple ID receipt or order number and we'll look into it.
Open the app, go to the Profile screen (top-right), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, photos, jobs, quotes, and visualisations.
Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel via Apple ID settings first if you no longer want to be billed.
Tap the Profile button at the top of the home screen. You can update your trading name, contact number, VAT number, and business logo. Tap Save Profile when done.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We never sell your data to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
The first time you open a gallery item, the AI-generated images load from cloud storage. After that, they cache locally and open instantly. If loading takes longer than 10 seconds, check your internet connection.
Make sure TradeShot has permission to access your camera and photo library:
Sign out and sign back in. If you've previously used TradeShot with a different account on the same device, some cached data may need clearing — signing out resets it.
